Terms of Use

These supplemental terms apply to the Hexa DevKit application and this informational website.

Last updated: July 20, 2026

App Store downloads are licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.

01

Using Hexa DevKit

You may use Hexa DevKit as a local developer utility for lawful personal or professional work. You are responsible for the data, files, hosts, endpoints, credentials, and requests you choose to process.

02

Purchase, billing, and refunds

Hexa DevKit costs US$5.99 as a one-time purchase in the United States storefront, with no subscription or in-app purchase. The App Store displays the applicable local price and taxes before purchase. Apple processes payment, delivery, Family Sharing when available, and refund requests under its terms and policies.

03

App Store license

The application is licensed, not sold. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement governs the App Store license; these terms supplement it for product-specific use. If these terms conflict with that agreement for the licensed application, the Apple agreement controls.

04

Network requests

Only send requests to systems you own or are authorized to test. You are responsible for the consequences of API, DNS, and WebSocket activity you initiate.

05

Security output

Generated passwords, hashes, tokens, certificate details, network calculations, and other technical output should be reviewed for your specific use. The app does not replace a security assessment or professional advice.

06

Availability and changes

The application and website may be updated, changed, or discontinued. Compatibility can depend on macOS, hardware, endpoint behavior, file formats, and other systems outside the developer's control.

07

No warranties

Hexa DevKit is provided as available without promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. Verify important output before relying on it in production.

08

Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the application, website, or generated output. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

09

Intellectual property

Hexa DevKit, its branding, application interface, and website content remain the property of their respective rights holder. These terms do not grant permission to redistribute or misrepresent the application.
